  • We recommend rebooking with every appointment to avoid wait times. Otherwise, we advise to book approximately a month in advance to book in with your preferred stylist. We sometimes have last minute cancellations so keep checking our Instagram for availabilities. Alternatively, feel free to call or email us to see if we can fit you in.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment.

    If you cancel or reschedule on the same day you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment.

    If you don’t show up to your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate.

  • There is free undercover parking located in the H20 building, VISITOR car parking is found on first level via ramp. The H20 car park can be found on WELCH Street – Southport.

  • Depending on your service, bigger colour changes and transformation appointments can take up to 4-5 hours maximum. If you are on a time constraint please let us know and we can make accommodations.

  • We use our favourite clean, kind haircare Hueverse, Kerastase, Rokkit and R&Co products in salon. We also have an extensive range of treatments from Olaplex, Fusio Dose and R&Co.

  • YES! A text message will be sent out 3 days prior to your appointment where you can reply Y to confirm your booking.

  • We advise to wear dark coloured, comfy clothing so that you can relax and enjoy your salon services. Please do not wear white tops, turtle necks or any tops with high necks and collars. We try our absolute best to avoid colour or product getting on to your clothing and use a towel and cape for protection however sometimes things happen.

    Paper Rokk is not responsible for any damage to your clothing.

  • Please contact us ASAP!

    While we do not offer any refunds on services, we offer complimentary adjustments for a two week period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original hairstylist unless that stylist is absent.

  • Inform your hair stylist before your appointment. They can conduct a patch test to assess your skin's reaction to the products they plan to use. It's crucial to communicate any past reactions or concerns to ensure your safety and comfort.

  • A patch test involves applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of the skin, typically behind the ear or on the inner arm, and monitoring for any adverse reactions over 24-48 hours. It helps determine if you're sensitive or allergic to specific ingredients in the product.

  • Inform your stylist immediately. They can take appropriate steps to address the reaction and provide relief. If symptoms are severe or persist after leaving the salon, seek medical attention promptly.
