Cancellation Policy
We've been in the hair game for over a decade, but of recent we have noticed a shift in our last-minute cancellations and a large increase in no show appointments.
Last-minute cancellations and no shows create a challenging situation for us, disrupting the carefully planned schedule and impacting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Our team dedicates time and effort to prepare for each appointment, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. When cancellations occur, it not only leaves gaps in our schedule but also affects the ability to accommodate others who may be in need of our services.
Our Cancellation Policy
At Paper Rokk Hair, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared in advance - your stylist has set aside time just for you, products are organised, and your experience is designed with care.
As the owner, I want you to know that we never take your time or trust for granted. In return, we simply ask for the same consideration of our team’s time and energy.
When appointments are cancelled last-minute, it’s not just a gap in our day - it’s a moment where someone else may have missed out, and a stylist may not be able to earn their full income. We absolutely understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
To help us protect the time and efforts of our team while remaining fair and kind, the following policy applies:
If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment as the cancellation fee.If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled on the same day you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment as the cancellation fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment as the cancellation fee.
