Cancellation Policy

We've been in the hair game for almost a decade, but of recent we have noticed a shift in our last-minute cancelations and a large increase in no show appointments. 

Last-minute cancellations and no shows create a challenging situation for us, disrupting the carefully planned schedule and impacting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Our team dedicates time and effort to prepare for each appointment, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. When cancellations occur at the eleventh hour, it not only leaves gaps in our schedule but also affects the ability to accommodate others who may be in need of our services. 

We've updated our cancelation policy.

This change is crucial as we currently have a substantial wait list of clients eager to book appointments.  We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and life really loves to throw curve balls at us, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a minimum of 48hours notice.

We don't like being the enforcers of this policy so please don't make us do it however; failure to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment may result in a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your stored client credit card or added to the cost of your future appointment. 

This policy ensures that our team can maintain the highest standards of service and allocate resources effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to enhance the overall experience for everyone at our salon.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in providing sufficient notice, allowing us to maintain the high standards of service that define our commitment to excellence.
